If you still use automation tools that you need to install locally or if you need to have access to your PC to see what the status of the automation is, you are not using a modern automation platform.
Installation means local, local means island
If a test automation tool requires installation and you need to have a license for this installation it is blocking any agile team. Only team members that design test cases do have access to the complete test status.

If you have access to all test cases, test result, test reports, can trigger executions, can define test environments from anywhere without installation everyone in the team can test the software from anywhere. In addition, the test process becomes transparent and allows management to have the latest status whenever they need it, effortlessly.
This transparency gives everybody in the company confidence in your testing and in the software, you are testing. The quality level is transparent for everyone, everywhere, anytime.
